Hillary Clinton lied to the FBI and to Congress.  Those are felonies that could result in Mrs. Clinton being impeached, if she is elected, or being prosecuted, if Mr. Trump is elected.  The only way to protect Mrs. Clinton from impeachment or prosecution is for President Obama to issue her a pardon for all her crimes before he leaves office.
