America is not confined arbitrary geographical boundaries. America is an idea. A city upon a hill. A dream of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Thomas Jefferson was born a subject of the British Crown. So he was not an American by birth, but an American by aspiration. So why should not all our American dreamer hold high the beacon of freedom? Why should they not warm themselves on the righteous fires of democracy? Why does the incumbent deny them their right to vote? And why does he deny these constituents of hope the right to nominate me as their candidate?

The nay-sayers will argue that our endeavour is unconstitutional. Would they have us repeal womens suffrage or the hard won freedoms of our African-American brothers and sisters?

So let us once and for all choose a true democracy. Let us all exercise our god-given right and our sacred duty as citizens. Let us vote for the leader of the free world.
