Do not go to the Philippines and meet with Noy Aquino!
Do not go to the Philippines and meet with Noy Aquino!
The Issue
107 Reasons why President Obama SHOULD NOT go to the Philippines in April
1.What’s the point? What will the United States gain or benefit from an American president’s state visit to the Philippines? It won't create American jobs and it won't help the American economy.
2.What’s the point? What will the Office of the President of the United States gain from a meeting with Noy Aquino?

The country’s Top 20 Corporations (Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT); SM Investments Corporation; San Miguel Brewery, Inc. (SMB); Manila Electric Company; Ayala Land, Inc.; Ayala Corporation; San Miguel Corporation; Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc.; Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI); Aboitiz Power Corporation; JG Summit Holdings, Inc.; BDO Unibank, Inc.; SM Prime Holdings, Inc.; Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company (Metrobank); San Miguel Pure Foods Company, Inc.; DMCI Holdings, Inc.; Globe Telecom, Inc.; International Container Terminal Services, Inc.; Universal Robina Corporation; Alliance Global Group, Inc.) DO NOT EXPORT & CANNOT COMPETE on a global market, and would rather wait for remittances from OFWs around the world for their revenues. Then, they rake them in.
12.Obama’s visit will show support for the wrong economic model of the Philippines. When NEDA (National Economic and Development Authority) provides economic figures and says that “the Philippines is the strongest performer among its East and Southeast Asian neighbors for the period of Sept. 2012 ...due to higher revenues from miscellaneous manufactures, and NEDA does not have a definition of “miscellaneous manufactures.”
13.Obama’s visit will show support for the wrong economic model of the Philippines. When NEDA (National Economic and Development Authority) presents a picture of development and says that “the Philippines is the strongest performer among its East and Southeast Asian neighbors for the period of Sept. 2012…while Japan recorded the steepest fall in exports with an 11.8-percent decline in the same period,” but poor Filipino kids still eat food taken from the garbage (pagpag).
14.Obama’s visit will show support for the wrong economic model of the Philippines. When NEDA (National Economic and Development Authority) claims it’s an authority, measures Philippines GDP growth at about 4% over the past 20 years while Japan experiences 0% growth rate over the same period, but there is no documented case of a poor Japanese children eating food taken from the garbage (pagpag).
15.Obama’s visit will show support for the wrong economic model of the Philippines. This is the supreme irony of a Filipino president who has an economics degree.
16.Obama’s visit will show support for the wrong economic model of the Philippines. When the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) is headquartered in Laguna, Philippines and Filipino politicians can’t find a way to eradicate hunger in the country. This is another supreme irony of a Filipino president who has an economics degree.
17.Obama’s visit will show support for the wrong economic model of the Philippines. When the Asian Institute of Management is right smack in the middle of the country’s business center, and Filipino businessmen still can’t compete in the global market. OFWs bring in more dollars into the country on a per capita basis than Filipino businessmen.
18.Even without Obama visiting the Philippines, the United States is still the country’s biggest trading partner and will always be.
19.Even without Obama visiting the Philippines, Filipinos and Filipino-Americans in the United States will contribute to the growth of the American economy.
20.Even without Obama meeting with Aquino, Filipinos and Filipino-Americans in the United States will contribute to the growth of the American economy.
21.Noy Aquino signed Cybercrime Law making online libel a criminal offense, which restricts freedom of speech and expression in the Philippines.
22.Obama, you’re being used by the oligarchy of the spoiled brats, a group of underachieving, unrealistic, and uncaring politicians who only pursue vested interests. How many American-educated Filipino political and business leaders does it take to bring the Philippines out of its third world status?
23.An Obama photograph with the Aquino’s Cabinet Secretaries will validate incompetent leadership. The Philippines has the most number of American-educated leaders outside of the US and Canada. Eleven (11) Cabinet members took up graduate degrees and advances studies in the best colleges and universities in America, and the Philippines still continues on its path as a 3rd world country!
24.An Obama photograph with Arsenio M. Balisacan, Director-general of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) and who has a Ph.D. in from the University of Hawaii (1985) will validate incompetent leadership. Ona, Secretary of the Department of Health, who has a POST-GRADUATE EDUCATION from Buffalo General Hospital, Buffalo New York, U.S.A. 1962-1963; Surgical Residency, 1st yr.-3rd yr. – Long Island College Hospital, Brooklyn, New York, U.S.A., 1966-1967; 4th yr. (Chief Resident), Long Island College Hospital, Brooklyn, New York, U.S.A., 1966-1967; 5th yr. (Fellowship in Surgery), Lahey Clinic, Boston, Massachusetts USA, 1967; 6th yr-7th (Research Fellowship in Experimental Surgery), St. Claire Hospital, New York, U.S.A. (John L. By meeting with him, Obama ignores the incompetence of Filipino leaders.
27.An Obama photograph with Cesar V. Purisima, Secretary of the Department of Finance, who has an MBA (1983) from J.L. By meeting with him, Obama ignores the incompetence of Filipino leaders.
28.An Obama photograph with Ramon Paje, Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), who has a Certificate on Environmental Economics and Policy Analysis from the Harvard University, will validate incompetent leadership. Kennedy School of Government in Harvard University, and a recipient of the US State Department Humphrey Fellowship with emphasis on international trade and human rights, will validate incompetent leadership. Ask ordinary Filipinos what this man has done for the country and they’ll give you a blank stare. By meeting with him, Obama ignores the incompetence of Filipino leaders.
32.An Obama photograph with Gregory Domingo will validate incompetent leadership. Domingo is a Management Engineering graduate from Ateneo, graduates w/ distinction at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) for his Masters in Business Administration (MBA), and completes his diploma for MS in Operations Research at the Wharton School — Univ. of Pennsylvania, worked at Chase Manhattan Bank (Manila), Chemical Bank (New York), and other financial institutions in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and New York including First Boston, Drexel Burnham Lambert, and Mellon Bank, and was appointed by Noy Aquino as Secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry. Ask ordinary Filipinos what this man has done for the country and they’ll give you a blank stare. By meeting with him, Obama ignores the incompetence of Filipino leaders.
33.An Obama photograph with Patricia B. Licuanan, who has a M.A. in Psychology from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University, appointed by Aquino as Chairperson of the Commission on Higher Education, and oversees an industry that virtually has no global demand for graduates from the best colleges and universities of the Philippines. Ironically, there is a global demand for caregivers and OFWs who DID NOT GRADUATE from the country’s best colleges and universities, which turns the quality and standards of education in the Philippines upside down. By meeting with her, Obama ignores the incompetence of Filipino leaders.
34.A possible Obama photograph with boxer Manny Pacquiao will validate incompetent leadership. Pacquiao is a congressman known for long periods of absence in the House of Representatives.
35.Obama, you’re being used to support the Aquino political dynasty. There are several Aquinos and Cojuangcos waiting in the wings for the 2016 elections and beyond.
36.Obama, you’re being used to support Noy Aquino against China. Note that Cory and Noy Aquino belong to the Cojuangco family, who are descendants of Chinese migrants in the Philippines.
37.Obama, you’re being used to validate Cory Aquino’s presidency. She has done nothing for the Philippines. Most Filipino think that Cory Aquino “restored democracy” or “restored democratic institutions” How can a person restore an ideology? Truth of the matter is “democracy” or “democratic institutions” were always there and didn’t go anywhere. It’s just most Filipinos cannot distinguish or define these terms, and Cory is all media hype.
38. Obama, you’re being used to validate Cory Aquino’s memory, because right now, somewhere in the Philippines a group of people in power is looking for a place, a street, a building, or a park to be named Corazon Cojuangco-Aquino.
39.Obama, you’re being used to validate Cory Aquino’s memory, because Filipinos will never see the creation of The Corazon Cojuangco-Aquino Society for the Prevention of Political Dynasties.
40.Obama, you’re being used to validate Cory Aquino’s memory, because no Filipino will ever see the creation of The Corazon Cojuangco-Aquino Institute for the Study of the Prevention of Extra-Judicial Killings. The Aquinos wouldn't want to find out who killed Ninoy, would they?
41.Obama, you’re being used to validate Ninoy Aquino’s memory. Ok, the guy was killed in a tarmac, but what exactly did he bring to the Philippines or give to Filipinos? He has not created any jobs, nor did he create any businesses. Ninoy Aquino is all media hype.
42.Obama, you’re being used to validate Ninoy and Cory Aquino political dynasties. Ninoy had to die for Cory to become President, and Cory had to die for Noy to become President. It only takes a visit from Obama to support Noy Aquino’s political dynasty!
43.Obama should stop supporting political dynasties in the Philippines!
44.Obama, you’re being used to validate the so-called EDSA Revolution of 1986. After 28 years the Philippines is still a 3rd world country. EDSA Revolution is all media hype.
45.An Obama photograph with Vice President Binay shows support for the Binay political dynasty. The Vice President of the nation says that, “...political dynasties are not a problem in other countries, such as the United States,” citing the Bush and Kennedy families. Binay can’t comprehend that the Bushs made their millions from oil and the Kennedys from financial investments. Binay made money as a politician by letting squatters live along train tracks in Makati City so they could vote for him during elections, and then he sucked public funds to pay for his political career. Before becoming a politician, Binay DID NOT have any successful businesses to speak of.
46.An Obama photograph with Senator Sotto shows support for the Sotto political dynasty.
47.An Obama photograph with Senator Enrile shows support for the Enrile political dynasty.
48.An Obama photograph with Senator Estrada shows support for the Estrada political dynasty.
49.An Obama photograph with Senator Cayetano shows support for the Cayetano political dynasty.
50.An Obama photograph with UP lawyers shows support for UP School of Law. The school is all hype. How many UP lawyers does it take to eradicate poverty in the Philippines or make the economy grow?
51.An Obama photograph with Ateneo lawyers shows support for Ateneo School of Law. The school is all hype. How many Ateneo lawyers does it take to eradicate poverty in the Philippines or make the economy grow?
52.An Obama photograph with Mar Roxas (the grandson of former President Manuel Roxas and industrialist J. Amado Araneta, son of former Senator Gerry Roxas, graduate of Ateneo University, graduate of the Wharton School of Economics, investment banker in the USA, Congressman, a Secretary of Trade and Industry, a Senator, a DOTC Secretary, a DILG Secretary, and ends up focusing on illegal gambling rather than foreign investments, job creation, and economic growth.) shows support for the Roxas political dynasty.
53.After 26 years and two generations of Aquino politicians, since Cory Aquino became president, the Philippines is still a 3rd world country! Obama should stop supporting political dynasties in the Philippines!
54.If Obama’s intention is to “show support” for an ally in Southeast Asia against Chinese incursion, note that there are 1.3 billion Chinese, compared to 100 million Filipinos. In other words, for every Filipino there are 13 Chinese. Obama should seriously consider international economics.
55.China’s presence in the South China Sea is NOT just about sovereignty. It’s also about the welfare and future of a nation with 1.3 billion people and their future. Please don’t think that the life of 13 Chinese is equal to the life of 1 Filipino.
56.Obama’s visit will be divisive pitting Filipino-Americans against Chinese-Americans.
57.Obama’s visit will damage his image with Filipino-American and Chinese-American voters.
58. If Obama’s intention is to “show support” for an ally in Southeast Asia against Chinese incursion, note that China and the USA are major trading partners. You’ll never go to war against each other. NEVER!
59. If Obama’s intention is to “show support” for an ally in Southeast Asia against Chinese incursion, note that America will never use the antiquated Mutual Defense Treaty of 1951. The US has diplomacy and economics as their best weapons. The Cold War is over!
60. If Obama’s intention is to “show support” for an ally in Southeast Asia against Chinese incursion, note that Filipino-Chinese businessmen are the richest people in the Philippines, and control the national economy. Henry Sy, John Gokongwei, and Lucio Tan are also investors in the United States and China.
61.If Obama’s intention is to “show support” for an ally in Southeast Asia against Chinese incursion, note that most Filipino medium- and large-size fishing boats are operated by Filipino-Chinese businessmen. The same thing could be said about pawnshops and stores all over the Philippines.
62.If Obama’s intention is to “show support” for an ally in Southeast Asia against Chinese incursion, note that Chinese businessmen are some of the richest people in Southeast Asia and they control the regional economy. Henry Sy, Widarto of Indonesia, and the owners of hardware stores and pawnshops in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Cambodia are also of Chinese lineage.
63. If Obama’s intention is to “show support” for an ally in Southeast Asia against Chinese incursion, note that the Philippine military has to get a loan from Japan and the US to buy boats and planes from Japan and the US. Is Mr. Obama a salesperson for the US now?
64.If Obama’s intention is to “show support” for an ally in Southeast Asia against Chinese incursion, note that Philippine President Noy Aquino and almost all of his Cabinet secretaries and their assistants are of Chinese descent (go to their houses and see their family albums!).
65.If Obama’s intention is to “show support” for an ally in Southeast Asia against Chinese incursion, note that if DNA tests and family histories were done, there’s a great chance more than 70 percent of Filipinos have Chinese lineage.
66.If Obama’s intention is to “show support” for an ally in Southeast Asia against Chinese incursion, note that Noy Aquino can just demand for a boycott of China’s products or impose sanctions against China but would rather have Obama visit him.
67.If Obama’s intention is to “show support” for an ally in Southeast Asia against Chinese incursion, note that Chinese “incursion” in South China Sea is being used by the useless Philippine government to prop up their image.
68.If Obama’s intention is to “show support” for an ally in Southeast Asia against Chinese incursion, note that the United States has not ratified the United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) so it cannot expect China to abide by it.
69.If Obama’s intention is to “show support” for an ally in Southeast Asia against Chinese incursion, note that United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) ignores economic realities for China’s 1.3 billion population.
70.Obama’s visit will also indirectly validate the Philippines Supreme Court, who has ruled that online libel is “constitutional” under the Cybercrime Law.
71.Aquino is an incompetent president by neglecting the victims of typhoon Hainan. By meeting with him, Obama ignores this incompetence.
72.Aquino is an incompetent president because he has not done anything for economic growth. Again, by meeting with him Obama ignores this incompetence.
73.Aquino is an incompetent president because his mother was a president and now he’s president. How many Aquinos does it take to take the Philippines out of being a 3rd world country? Again, by meeting with him Obama ignores this incompetence over several generations.
74.The Aquinos have been in power for 28 years and no economic development in the Philippines can be attributed to them. Again, by meeting with him Obama ignores this incompetence.
75.Noy Aquino saying that his leadership is the reason for economic growth in the Philippines is a blatant lie. Even without him, overseas Filipino workers all over the world remit more than $12 billion a month to the country, making them the reason for economic growth and not Aquino.
76.Noy’s mother, Cory Aquino, is known for the Mendiola Massacre. By meeting with him, Obama ignores this family of murderers.
77.Noy’s family, the Cojuangcos, is known for the Hacienda Luisita Massacre. By meeting with him, Obama ignores this family of murderers.
78.Obama and the US does not need Aquino to restore US military bases in the Philippines. Even without Aquino the bases can be restored.
79.Aquino’s mother, Cory, did not solve the energy problems of the Philippines. This continues with Noy Aquino’s regime. By meeting with him, Obama ignores this family of incompetent politicians.
80.Obama’s meeting with Noy Aquino will lead to a meeting with Kris Aquino, Noy’s sister. God help all Filipinos!
81.Obama’s meeting with Noy Aquino will lead to a selfie with Bam Aquino, Noy’s nephew. WTF!
82.The number of Filipinos leaving the Philippines for jobs around the world has grown all because Noy Aquino, his cronies, and his mother were not able to institutionalize economic reform in the Philippines. By meeting with him, Obama ignores the incompetence of Filipino leaders.
83.The Aquinos, their cronies, and their families have not helped eradicate poverty in the Philippines. By meeting with him, Obama ignores the incompetence of Filipino leaders.
84.Noy Aquino is the fourth generation son of landowners. He is the son of a former senator and a former president. He was congressman and a senator, and now he’s president. Yet, after 28 years in power, thousands of poor Filipino children still eat leftover food (pagpag) obtained from garbage bins. By meeting with him, Obama ignores decades of incompetence of Filipino leaders.
85.Twenty nine years after Noy Aquino’s father was killed, 28 years after his mother became president, 16 years after he first became a congressman, 7 years after being a senator, and 4 years into his presidency, the Philippines is still a 3rd world country. By meeting with him, Obama ignores decades of incompetence of Aquino’s leadership.
86.Obama’s meeting with Aquino will further support the myth that Marcos ordered the killing of Ninoy Aquino. The Aquino family, despite having two presidents in power, does not want to reveal the real killers.
87.Obama’s meeting with Aquino will further support the confidence of the Aquino family, followers, and regime NOT to reveal the killers of Ninoy Aquino.
88.Ninoy Aquino’s death was politically motivated and Cory Aquino’s reign caused at least 34 political deaths, but Noy Aquino cannot stop human rights violations and extra-judicial killings in the Philippines once and for all. By meeting with him, Obama ignores decades of death and killings in the Philippines.
89.Obama should not be showing support for Filipino president who has a worse human rights record than Marcos. It took 21 years for Pres. Marcos to tally 34 political deaths, Pres. Corazon Aquino took only 6 years (yes, 6 as in after 5 and before 7) to reach 34 political deaths, and after Noynoy assumed the presidency, in just over 2 years more than 300 political prisoners and 114 extra-judicial killings have been recorded (Source: Human Rights Watch).
90.Obama will send the wrong signal to Filipino voters by meeting with Aquino and other politicians. When an American four-star general and CIA Director resigns because of an extra-marital affair, while politicians in the Philippines become presidents, mayors, congressmen, governors and senators because of immoral and corrupt acts!
91.Obama should not be showing support for a non-achieving Filipino president. When there is Confucianism, Malthusian, Marxism, Leninism, Maoism, Keynesian, Reaganomics, Obamacare, and then there’s Noynoying -- the art of doing nothing as a politician and still getting merits for a growing economy propped up by OFW remittances.
92.Obama should not be showing support for the non-achieving Armed Forces of the Philippines. When you stand beside a Filipino general or officer, you CANNOT honestly, truthfully & confidently tell yourself or other Filipinos, “This man is a patriot. He and his soldiers will protect the life, property , and freedoms of ALL Filipinos.” The Philippine military still commits human rights abuses.
93.Obama should not be showing support for the non-achieving Defense Department of the Philippines. When you stand beside the Secretary of Defense of the Philippines, you should ask the question, “Why Department of Defense? Defense against who, when during the past 25 years DND personnel have killed more fellow Filipinos than any other external and/or imagined enemy?”
94.Obama should not be showing support for the non-achieving Defense Department of the Philippines. When most Filipinos are asked the question, “Would you really, honestly trust the Philippine Armed Forces to protect your life and property?,”and the majority of Filipinos give a simple, unequivocal, undeniable “HELL NO!”
95.Obama should not be showing support for the non-achieving Defense Department of the Philippines. When American soldiers go to battle, they fight terrorists. When Filipino soldiers go to battle, they kill fellow Filipinos.
96.Obama should not be showing support for the non-achieving Armed Forces of the Philippines. When Veterans Day in the Philippines is celebrated ONLY for Filipino soldiers and fighters who protected our freedoms during WWII, Korean War, and Vietnam War, and TOTALLY ignore the RETIRED generals and soldiers who took part or turned a blind eye on the Mendiola Massacre, Hacienda Luisita Massacre, Maguindanao Massacre, 141 extra-judicial killings, and the continued imprisonment of 385 political prisoners under the Aquino administration.
97.Obama should not be showing support for the non-achieving Armed Forces of the Philippines. The Philippine government and the ARMED FORCES of the Philippines say the country still has a Communist insurgency problem. There are no REAL Filipino “communists!” REAL communists ACTUALLY read all the original and primary sources from Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Mao, and they don't flood you with the phrase “na kung saan.” Try asking alleged Communists why Engels said “labor is a commodity,” what are the “two tasks of major importance” according to Mao, and what did Lenin say about “ideas and tactics of the Social-Democrats?” The so-called rebels are nothing more than bandits, goons with guns threatening chaos to get what they want!
98.Obama should not be showing support for the non-achieving Armed Forces of the Philippines. On December 15, 2011, Philippine Army general Jovito Palparan was indicted for 2 counts of kidnapping and serious illegal detention in connection with the abduction of still missing UP student activists Sherlyn Cadapan and Karen Empeno in 2006. The nationwide manhunt has been going on for more than two years!
99.Obama should not be showing support for the non-achieving Armed Forces of the Philippines. The 34th Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army under the command of Gen. Gerardo Layug arrested Ericson Acosta and jails him for two years, because of a laptop while the New People’s Army in Northern Samar post their Communist Party party (yes, party as in celebrations) on Facebook.
100.Obama should not be showing support for the wrong model of democracy. All Filipinos, bar none, personally know a corrupt councilman, a corrupt vice mayor, a corrupt mayor, a corrupt congressman, a corrupt senator, a corrupt government official’s crony or bodyguard, a corrupt policemen, a corrupt BIR official, a corrupt Customs official….. and Filipinos pretend they don’t exist because they are neighbors, classmates, godfathers and godmothers to their children, drinking buddies, or just friends.
101.Obama should not be showing support for the wrong model of democracy. The Philippines is an ineptocracy -- a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
102.Obama should not be showing support for the wrong model of democracy. It has been five years since the Maguindanao massacre, the single deadliest event for journalists in history where 34 journalists are known to have died. Andal Ampatuan, the mastermind, has not yet been convicted. Aquino does not care about justice in the Philippines.
103.Noy Aquino will use the Obama visit and present it in history as an accomplishment.
104.Noy Aquino will say that the new American military bases was his accomplishment.
105.Noy Aquino will say that the new American military bases was the idea of his Cabinet secretaries and the Defense department of the Philippines.
106.Obama’s visit will set back by another 20 years the process of political maturity of the Philippines. America has tried it with Marcos, failed with Cory, and now it is Noy’s turn.
107.Obama, is the US Navy really willing to risk American lives for the political maneuvering of Filipino politicians?
By not visiting the Philippines and not meeting with Noy Aquino, President Obama will not allow himself to be used by Filipino politicians, will help stop political dynasties in the country, and will empower Filipinos to bring positive change to the nation from within and not from an image of support from an American president.

The Issue
107 Reasons why President Obama SHOULD NOT go to the Philippines in April

11.Obama’s visit will show support for the wrong economic model of the Philippines. The country’s Top 20 Corporations (Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT); SM Investments Corporation; San Miguel Brewery, Inc. (SMB); Manila Electric Company; Ayala Land, Inc.; Ayala Corporation; San Miguel Corporation; Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc.; Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI); Aboitiz Power Corporation; JG Summit Holdings, Inc.; BDO Unibank, Inc.; SM Prime Holdings, Inc.; Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company (Metrobank); San Miguel Pure Foods Company, Inc.; DMCI Holdings, Inc.; Globe Telecom, Inc.; International Container Terminal Services, Inc.; Universal Robina Corporation; Alliance Global Group, Inc.) When NEDA (National Economic and Development Authority) claims it’s an authority, measures Philippines GDP growth at about 4% over the past 20 years while Japan experiences 0% growth rate over the same period, but there is no documented case of a poor Japanese children eating food taken from the garbage (pagpag).
15.Obama’s visit will show support for the wrong economic model of the Philippines.
25.An Obama photograph with Voltaire Gazmin, Secretary of the Department of National Defense, who has a Command and General Staff Course from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, will validate incompetent leadership. Ask ordinary Filipinos what this man has done for the country and they’ll give you a blank stare. By meeting with him, Obama ignores the incompetence of Filipino leaders.
26.An Obama photograph with Enrique T. (John L. Madden) 1968-1969), will validate incompetent leadership. Ask ordinary Filipinos what this man has done for the country and they’ll give you a blank stare. By meeting with him, Obama ignores the incompetence of Filipino leaders.
27.An Obama photograph with Cesar V. Purisima, Secretary of the Department of Finance, who has an MBA (1983) from J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, will validate incompetent leadership. Ask ordinary Filipinos what this man has done for the country and they’ll give you a blank stare. By meeting with him, Obama ignores the incompetence of Filipino leaders.
28.An Obama photograph with Ramon Paje, Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), who has a Certificate on Environmental Economics and Policy Analysis from the Harvard University, will validate incompetent leadership. Ask ordinary Filipinos what this man has done for the country and they’ll give you a blank stare. By meeting with him, Obama ignores the incompetence of Filipino leaders.
29.An Obama photograph with Florencio Abad, Secretary of Budget and Management, who has a Masters in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government in Harvard University, and a recipient of the US State Department Humphrey Fellowship with emphasis on international trade and human rights, will validate incompetent leadership. 31.An Obama photograph with Albert F. del Rosario, Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from New York University, will validate incompetent leadership.
