Here are some ideas for questions:

·      Where will the kids learn while construction is very noisy? At Muscota, they work on the schoolyard upgrade during after-school hours only, and it seems like a never-ending project.

·      How will you protect kids with Asthma during the construction period?

·      Where will the kids have recess during the construction?

·      Where will middle schoolers eat lunch during the construction period?

·      Will there be field days during the construction period?

·      Where will kids arriving before 8 am go?

·      Will the soccer pit remain?

·      Will the new “small kids playground” stay?

·      Where will the kids in the after-school program have outside play?

·      Assuming that there will be no tree sales during the construction period, how will the reduction in PTO fundraising impact the school?

·      Assuming that there will be no “Spring in the Heights” event, how will the reduction in Friends of 187 fundraising impact the school?

·      What are the plans to reduce class size until the construction is completed?
