We have gotten 4 more votes than the Esquire Theatre is years old! There are ways to keep history intact while still making the local economy thrive. I will fight to keep it a Theatre, and I will set it back to the 1920's, but add a restaurant inside. It will be the premiere place for local filmmakers to hold red-carpet movie releases!! Simple way is tear it down turn it to shops!! Research shows businesses are like to close year after or within. So let's fix it not ruin others dreams buy getting g them to invest in new property just to have their doors shut within 2 years and then they struggle too. Then the next tennet moves in and their business fails... then as a landlord hoping to make more money instead of ruining history your keeping the area from elevating.
