Message from Arlington County Board Chair

With many thanks to Larry Starfield for moving this forward, here is an excerpt from a message from the Chair of the Arlington County Board (received May 18, 2026): 

"As you may be aware, this project [the redevelopment of the YMCA at 3400 N. 13th St.] has been put on hold and is not currently anticipated to come to the County Board. If the project is re-activated, there will be ample opportunity for public input through the Site Plan Review Process and when the project goes before the Planning Commission and the County Board. "
