Just a quick reminder that there’s only about a week left to make a submission on the Southern Barossa Winery and Tourism Project – the deadline is Wednesday 17 December. 

Alongside the many serious issues associated with this site, the fire at Barossa Helicopters Farming Area this morning, less than 275 metres from the proposed development, and the ever‑increasing fire danger in South Australia make the idea of putting more than 1,000 people in this very high bushfire‑risk location in the foothills of the Barossa Ranges deeply worrying.
