Thank you for standing with Emmanuel Christian School during our effort to preserve a school in the North View community. Your signatures, comments, and prayers meant more than you know. More than 1,546 of you raised your voices to keep a school in the heart of North View, and that level of community support is deeply encouraging.

While we are disappointed that the Harrison County Board of Education has chosen to place North View Elementary—and Washington Irving—into a public auction, we remain grateful for the many who joined us in advocating for a stronger, healthier North View for generations to come.

Even so, we believe that when one door closes, the Lord often opens another.

Several significant properties are now on the market, and Emmanuel Christian School is experiencing remarkable growth. Our enrollment continues to climb, our families are committed, and our community is energized. This is a moment we want to steward wisely.

For that reason, we have launched The Next Nest Campaign, a fund designed to position ECS for long-term stability and thoughtful expansion—whether through building acquisition, land purchase, improvements to our existing campus, or scholarships for families seeking Christian education.

Through the generosity of the Swann Family, every gift to this campaign is being doubled up to $25,000.

If each person who signed this petition contributed $25, the entire match would be fulfilled.
Some will be able to give more, and some less, but every gift is doubled, and every gift moves us closer to securing Christian education in North View.

While we cannot promise that ECS will win the North View auction—there are many unknowns—we can commit to being ready if the right opportunity presents itself. Preparation is part of faithful stewardship.
