The Board of Supervisors voted 6 to 1 to deny the proposed Clift Farm development! The meeting ran past 11 PM, but all of you continued to attend and speak, and for that you have our sincerest thanks. Thank you all for supporting us and coming to speak!

We don't know what the future holds for this property and the adjoining School property, but we are already engaging with our neighbors to assist in any way we can to get their land sold and keep the progress going in Stafford County as more housing is built.

Words cannot express our sincere gratitude to Bob and Natalie Rowlette in their tireless, selfless pursuit of the truth throughout this process. Their steadfastness, leadership and spirit of service are an example to all of us. We are a family now, not just neighbors because of their engagement with us on this issue. Please stay informed and keep your heads "on a swivel" as the county grows like a weed. Keep a watch and work with our local government to assess the never ending tide of charlatans who don't have our best interests at heart and want to make a quick buck at our expense.
