The current by-laws in Toronto, Ontario Canada fail to protect animals by being too lenient and too vague which allows for animal abuse, neglect and cruelty.  These laws are outdated and no longer represent the awareness and respect that we have for animal quality of life. As a result of these vague laws our officers are not able to enforce penalties to stop animal neglect and habitual animal abusers. Please join me in campaigning to amend the outdated by-laws and to enact changes in order to protect our animals and give them an equal voice for a humane life.
