The Tri-River Joint Reservoir of Alberta project (aka "Tri-River or TRJR)

This is a proposal developed in direct response to the devastating flood of 2013, which crippled southern alberta - taking five human lives, causing serious social and economic distress to many families, communities and businesses - many of which have never recovered, and causing our economy over $6 billion in damages. Four years later we are no closer to having effective or significant protection for our communities, despite our governments having spent nearly three-quarters of a billion dollars of taxpayer money.
