Jet Skis - Premier Daniel Andrews

Hi All, Total number of signatures on the online & hardcopy petitions is over 4300. A letter was sent on 28 May 2018 to Premier Daniel Andrews requesting the ban of jet skis on the southern peninsula The Minister for the Environment and the Minister for Ports were copied in. Knowing that banning jet skis will take time, we requested changes to boating/jet ski zones including exclusion zones. A request has also been made to have jet skis separated, under the Marine Safety Act, from other motorised vessels. At the Act, a jet ski is classified the same as a boat such as a tinny with a motor! Will let you know when we get a reply.
