The goal of this petition is to change the way animals are treated in the province of Saskatchewan. This includes all domesticated animals ie. Farm animals and house pets. Animals are living beings. Violence and mistreatment of them should be treated as felonies. Fines are not enough of a punishment. It is time to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves.
