"People need the truth of what happened"

Parents of 23-year-old hostage Hersh Goldberg-Polin, murdered in captivity by Hamas last year, spoke last night in Sydney at a UIA event before a large crowd.

In many ways, Rachel and Jon became the public face of the hostage families advocating for their release. Their ability to carry themselves with dignity, honesty, faith and incredible inner strength - throughout their son's captivity and even in the face of his horrific death at the hands of Hamas - continues to inspire courage and hope during these difficult times, as we continue to pray for the release of all hostages in Gaza.
