PROOF OF LIFE. PRAY FOR 19-YEAR OLD LIRI, HELD HOSTAGE BY HAMAS

The National Council of Jewish Women of Australia shares this post, and encourages us to use our voices by sharing it too:
It is with a profound but familiar horror that we witness the newly-released images published by Hamas of an Israeli young woman hostage, Liri Albag, pleading for her life.
Nineteen-year-old Liri is one of five young women, including Karina Ariev, Agam Berger, Daniella Gilboa and Na'ama Levy, who were all violently abducted from the Nahal Oz base in their pajamas on October 7, 2023. 99 hostages, 13 of whom are women and two are infants, remain in the brutal and inhumane captivity of terrorists in Gaza.
Returned hostages, Israeli medical practitioners and UN Women have all provided testimony about the horrific sexual, physical and psychological abuse inflicted on hostages, as well as the extensive and barbaric sexual atrocities committed by Hamas and other Palestinian terrorists on October 7.
NCJWA adds its voice to the call for the immediate release of the 99 hostages and urges Australian women’s and human rights organisations and the wider public to add theirs too.
We remind the world that women’s rights are human rights and that Jewish women’s rights are too. Use your voice to hashtag#bringthemhomenow.
