SilverDragon12271 or Stella Drago as we know her, is facing an issue since past one month where she was not able to log into the account. She sent around 28 emails to PM before they intervened. Her account worked for few days and again the problems resurfaced. Silverdragon12271's account has few basic problems now. When she tries to log in an error page which for us players is known as the dreaded pink page appears and she is not able to play and if at all she is able to access after this frustration her friend requests are not working she has a number of  ghost duels and regularly gets scores below 120 and every time she changes the language the pink page returns.

Pottermore is a site where Potterheads like us come together to enjoy and not to add frustration and stress to our lives. She always has a choice to make a new account and start afresh but with a total house points of 782530, an impressive number of potions brewed and duelling points and always having a top position in the Leader Board, this is very unfair for her to loose such an impressive profile like that and above all it is a duty for all of us potter heads to help her get her account back because ANYONE of us can have issues like this in future. I request you ALL to get together like we always do for this one issue so in future no deserving player gets treated unfairly like her. PLEASE join Stella in her fight to get her account back.
