Thank you for signing the petition! Leslie, our Township Planner, has agreed to meet with us on Friday, Sept. 1, at noon to talk through where we are with the Dollar General site, and listen to our concerns. She is also working to invite additional members of the Planning Commission. There are three of us committed to representing this petition, but we need your voice as well!

1. Call the township and express your concerns with Leslie at 231-946-2249.
2. Stop by the Township offices to share your concerns with Township staff.
3. Join us at the meeting. Our goal is to place a halt on any approvals until the master plan is finalized. We are preparing a meeting agenda to outline our expectations as voters and residents as well as share research that has spurred our concern. If you plan to attend, agendas will be handed out at the entrance.
