Not just Missing Middle on the ballot

Thank you everyone for your support, we are on the home stretch!

The Missing Middle Initiative will be one of the first items on the new council's "to-do" list. We want to see a council that will not simply give in to developer demands without insisting that they take care of the residents they will displace and contribute financially to our city and give something back.

Without you coming out and voting, the policies of the existing council will continue, and will likely be worse. In addition to the development policies of the recurrent council, we have concerns that we will see more:

• pro-development without concern for renters and others
  pro-able-bodied without concern for the disability community
  pro-bike without concern for those who may not be mobile
  pro-24/7 camping in our parks without concern for the neighbourhoods and the resulting escalation in crime. 
  anti-good governance without concern for democracy and process  

We endorse the Better Victoria candidates because we believe that they represent the best opportunity for change!
