Our effort to pass bill A2880 to grant stillbirth mothers and birthing persons 12 weeks Paid Family Leave in New York is in jeopardy of not being passed! We need everyone (not just New Yorkers) to help us get it over the finish line.

Please give us two minutes of your time tomorrow (Tuesday, May 23rd) to make TWO VERY IMPORTANT PHONE CALLS: one to Assembly Member Joyner, who heads the Labor Committee where the bill is stalled, and one to the Speaker of the Assembly, Carl Heastie, who has the power to bypass the Labor Committee.
