Perhaps, given the outcome of the Rochdale by-election [on 29 February 2024] all the 'wronged' sub-postmasters should stand as 'Independent' candidates in the forthcoming general election? 

In this way we could change the make up, and perspective, of the House of Commons, by bringing in people who have experienced huge challenges in their lives and are still waiting for justice.

"This miscarriage of justice involved wrongful prosecution of hundreds of sub-postmasters and mistresses for alleged theft and fraud, based on faulty information".

Alan Bates' fight continues to resonate as a powerful example of seeking accountability and fairness in the face of adversity.

Time to ensure that justice is delivered now for those who were wronged.
