Submit Online Testimony

Hello all, 

The Portland City Council has just had 2 days of public hearings ahead of their vote on RIP on Jan 29th. Online submissions will be open for written testimony until 5pm Friday January 17th. They may be open again as amendments to RIP start getting formulated. Please submit your opposition to RIP to have our opposing voices counted. Those that support RIP are much more organized than us and have been much more vocal. Your testimony does not have to be perfect. Just state that you oppose RIP and a short sentence about why (i.e. It is more advantageous for developers than residents, there are no protections for long term residents as far as insuring affordability or anti-displacement, etc).
