Dear Supporter, 

While I would like to declare victory, I can not do so with full voice. Cardinal Wuerl remains the Apostolic Administrator of the Archdiocese of Washington and there is no real end in sight to his administration. 

Consequently, a new group has formed to appeal for a worthy shepherd in Washington and to seek better communications with U.S. hierarchy and Rome.
