Today, the Telstra complaints team contacted me and tried to sell me a signal booster device. I was shocked by their solution to the problem. I then clearly communicated to them that this is not an individual issue and their solution should involve fixing the poor reception issue across Box Hill. So, they requested more time and finished the call. Hopefully, there will be an escalation. If not, may I please suggest all of you raise a complaint with Telstra at the same time, highlighting this petition's link?
