A dog was terribly abuse by an 'animal' named Terry Yee Kok Chew. This incident took place at Taman Melody, Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.  As the nature of every dogs on earth, they tend to bark when there are humans/vehicles pass by. This dog got excited and jumped on that abuser's bicycle because he was having another dog in his bicycle basket. Its very heartbreaking for me to describe more on how the dog was abused.
