Sunday newspapers have leaked a story that the Lord Advocate has decided not to prosecute the officers responsible. If this is true it is a terrible blow to the long, hard fought campaign. A peaceful rally on Wednesday 3 October will take place to support Sheku Bayoh’s family still waiting to hear the result.
