The govanhill community campaign has been campaigning for 6 years now to try and improve the streets of govanhill, with little improvement happening and the area declining more we as a campaign ask AGAIN for police Scotland, the Scottish government and Nicola sturgeon the areas MSP to take action, work harder to make the area safe again.

With the recent rise in house burglaries our local residents are scared in their own properties let alone walking the streets, with the large gangs of people crowding the street corners intimidating our residents of any age and gender, we ask for this to be stopped, disperse the crowds from the corners, punish the criminals accordingly, stop the rogue landlords, we all have the right to feel safe and be safe in our local surroundings.
