UC Davis chancellor: Police defied my orders by using pepper spray

UC Chancellor Linda Katehi is now putting full blame on the police. While the police should be held accountable by firing or resignation, Katehi must also resign. If she does not, it sends the message to all UC Chancellors that there are no consequences for their actions.
