wrongfully convicted and we are seeking justice. Devon has disabilities and collected ssd from nys in the past. The police detectives took full advantage of a child just barely 17, even though Devon told the police he couldn’t read or write they expected him to, even though he told the officers he suffered from a serious head injury and doesn’t comprehend well they still questioned him. Devon asked to call his mother a number of times but police never allowed him to. Devon is innocent even though there are several people that made statements, people seen things and even heard someone else confess to doing this crime the da office won’t reopen this case and do a proper investigation. So much is wrong! Both families are seeking Justice for both these young boys!
