The Vatican Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors is an utter failure. No improvement on child safety anywhere in the world via the Catholic Church. Canon Law is the big obstacle, the Catholic Churches own Inquisition rules in its own favour continuously, against victims, to the shame and condemnation of the world.
