We the people who have signed this petition are asking that Michael Long is fired immediately and never be allowed to put a Badge on or wear a Police Uniform again. He willingly put his helpless and defenseless dog, who he first starved, in a trash bag and was left by Mr Michael Long to die. As a Police Officer, he has no excuse whatsoever for what he willing and knowingly did.   Michael Long took an oath to protect " Honor-Service-Integrity" This Oath was blatantly ignored and disregarded by Police Officer Michael Long of the 18th Police District in Philadelphia Pennsylvania when he committed such a heinous crime of Animal Abuse. He does not have the morals that a Police Officer must have in order to fulfill his Job as a Police Officer in The City of Philadelphia.
