Masked men snuck onto land owned by Territorio De Zaguates, a non-profit sanctuary for stray dogs in Heredia, Costa Rica. They poisoned& killed 60 dogs. They were caught when they returned, injuring a worker with a machete. These men r suspected in other suspicious deaths & r on a mission to murder as many dogs, assaulting humans if they interferes. They need to be found, charged, & incarcerated. The police r doing nothing.
