La Acción de Protección fue presentada el pasado 28 de mayo. El juez ya calificó la demanda y fijó el 12 de junio para el inicio de las audiencias en Puyo.
Audiencias donde tenemos la chance de hablar, de exponer todas las razones por las que esta joya natural DEBE ser protegida.
Necesitamos de su presencia los días de las audiencias para hacer ruido, para que se nos vea como un grupo grande, motivado e interesado enque se proteja y se maneje de una manera mucho más eficiente nuestros recursos. Si no puedes estar ahí con tu voz, la firma en esta petición sirve, que compartas esta petición sirve. Hagámoslo mediático, que todo el país sepa de nuestra lucha, que el resto de países nos vean como un ejemplo de lucha, solo así las autoridades entenderán que nuestros recursos son valiosos y hay un grupo de gente dispuesto a protegerlo.

June 12th is the date for the hearings in Puyo.
We have the chance to prove in front of a judge the importance of preserving our rivers INTACT, the importance for tourism, biodiversity, conectivity, human rights of having the Piatúa protected against poorly designed development projects.
