We cannot change the attitudes and behavior of others towards doctors. But yes we can change our practice to make it more rewarding for doctor and the patient alike. Also we could drive change in policies at our individual hospitals/clinics. Together we can drive change. I am writing a book on doctors behavior, practice and assaults .
