Dear Mark Carney, Jill McKnight, Canadian Forces Morale Welfare Services,

I just received yet another disturbing email from your democratically elected government turned lawless dictatorial regime regarding the SISIP insurance scam it's peddling. Which part of, "In addition, take my name off your mailing list!" did your soulless, callous, immoral, thieving organization not understand please? Remove my name from your mailing list. Stop your regimes unwarranted, unlawful, criminal harassment/ intimidation campaign directed towards myself. Ongoing criminal reprisals for my acting with integrity and honour by reporting crime and corruption within the Canadian Federal government and it's business associates. Thanks.

Still no requested written response from VAC Minister Jill McKnight to my polite, lawful request for "emergency benefits" and reinstatement of my illegally terminated long held [Effective date May 6, 1997. Benefits successfully paid monthly from May 6 1997 until the current Liberal regime acquired power in 2015] VAC Disability Pension. I say illegal, as there never was the requisite written notice from the Minister, not informed of my right to appeal, not provided with a formal opportunity to appeal at a recorded hearing, and the regime ordering it's not-so-independent 'Bureau of Pension Advocates' to revoke current and future representation. Treachery was penned in a backroom in Ottawa, and in secret. It's been over six months now to find the requisite legal outcome, as my health continues to deteriorate. I do not have access to a telephone and as you know haven't for two and a half years due to government inflicted poverty. I do not have the money for fuel to either drive; or buy a ticket to take private transport to downtown Vancouver or Surrey to simply make an initial appointment with your local VAC staff to speak with someone at a later date-who will probably inform me after multiple trips and much running around, "Nothing I can do!". As you know VAC has not sent the yearly 'VAC Disability Pension Yearly Declaration' forms to me for years now! They are not available on line to simply fill out and return via secure email. Nor can the Declaration forms be completed, copied, and securely faxed.. Everything was/is sent to a PO Box in Quebec. Where there is no opportunity to send the documents via a traceable method and obtain a signature. Under Liberal rule, VAC then claimed my completed and. sent Declaration forms never arrived at the aforementioned PO Box in Quebec. Using that manufactured incident as a reason to justify the illegal termination of my VAC Disability Pension. How very convenient. When I last received the documents in question from VAC many years ago, I immediately filled them out and returned them at expense to myself to then PM Justin Turdeau's official Ottawa office for which I obtained delivery confirmation and a signature. I would. have done this every year to prevent the loss of my pension had I received had I actually received the forms in question. I will remind you, that it was VAC who deliberately locked me out of 'My VAC Account' and then refused to allow me regain access to that account. The account is still locked to the best of my_ knowledge. Denying me an online opportunity to communicate with VAC. I was strictly_adhering to and compiling with all the regimes legal requirements as. they apply to ONLY Canadian Forces Veterans injured in the service of Canada. Going well above and beyond what any average Canadian would, both financially and physically, to comply with the regimes demands. Nor has my long held VAC Disability Pension-paid as a matter of right not privilege- that your regime illegally terminated as revenge in wilful violation of Canadian law been reinstated. Nor have the tens of thousands dollars owed to me with interest in VAC Disability Pension money you've stolen from me been paid. Nor have my treatment and prescription entitlements been reinstated. Nor has my access to all your governments services been reinstated- open to some just not for federal whistleblowers like myself any longer. May I remind you that your regime did set multiple previous legal precedents as carefully documented by simply giving the order to your subourionate VAC staff to turn my VAC Disability Pension back on, reinstating all my benefits, and paying the money lawfully owed to me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it would appear that the recipients of this email are simply running the clock out on this inconvenient file? Hoping that the matter will conveniently just go away by ordering all government departments and state sponsored and controlled charities/ religious groups to deny me access to service after my countless verbal and written requests for Emergency Food, Emergency Shelter, Emergency Medical, Advocacy, etc, Deny me access to your Officers of Parliament so they may or may not "investigate and make non-binding recommendations". Deny me equal access to your courts, policing, and prosecution services. Then claiming it was all a simple 'misunderstanding', 'miscommunication', or 'someone dropped the ball'. Instead of what it really was/is all about. Multiple premeditated criminal acts by your regime of blatant revenge against myself and my family for my reporting well documented prescription fraud within Minister Jill McKnights Veterans Affairs Canada. I look like I was just released from a death camp due to your criminal actions[Ordering your proxies to deny me access to state funded starvation rations and medical care]. Don't make the deliberate starvation death of an honourably discharged Canadian Forces Veteran injured repeatedly in the line of duty be your legacy. Only you can end this so that I may continue on with my life.

Since the senior civilian 'leadership' team at the CFMWS isn't interested in finding resolution with me, please advise in writing once the simple task of removing me from your mailing list has been completed. Give the order to reinstate my VAC Disability Pension and pay what you've stolen from me. Thanks.
