Call with Senior Minister of State, Health and Law, Mr Edwin Tong
Together with Joshua, who started a similar petition as this, we had a joint call with Senior Minister of State, Health and Law, Mr Edwin Tong this morning.
He has been very patient listening to us on our petition requests and explaining to us the rationale of the government policy.
The Minister acknowledged our points to be valid and shared with us that further measures will soon to be announced to address tenants’ concerns.
Both Joshua and I have also combined our petition signatures and we have 14,153 unique signatures after removing the duplicate signatures for both our combined petitions. We have sent the combined signature list to the Minister.
