Dog Fines in Plymouth, Devon

Thankfully there has been a decrease in the confrontations between the people who exercise their dogs and the city's 'Environmental Enforcement Officers' (dog wardens). However, the odious order still exists and we need to continue to protest the completely unfair removal of our rights to exercise our dogs on public land.
