Allow David due process! He has no criminal record! Do not remove him from his young Canadian children, and from his Canadian wife! You are exposing  David to multidimensional risks, His young children too! You are contravening The 1951 UN Refugee Convention and its 1967 Protocol. Kindly follow due process! Allow spousal sponsorship application to process to completion! He's a responsible father & husband, socially and economically contributing, Why remove him from his young Canadian family? Why deny him the opportunity to continue contributing to the Canadian social and economic spheres? What about family unification values that Canada upholds, what about diversity, multiculturalism and inclusivity?

Reconsider his refugee claim application. There is no one size fits all in the multidimensional experiences of refugee claimants. There is need for individual assessment, especially when a refugee claimant embodies multiple marginalities! This is the situation David Keter is in.
