Hi Everyone,

I’m horrified to inform you that my sister Anne-Marie Culleton’s rapist murderer Jonathan Bakewell was released this week on parole for the fifth time after a fifth drug breach.

Once again the South Australia Parole Board have given a rapist murderer the benefit of the doubt and released him back into the community, ignoring my pleas for his parole to be cancelled.

The women of South Australia are no longer safe in their beds at night. Bakewell is a sadistic rapist murderer made even more dangerous due to his continued drug taking. Bakewell took drugs the night he raped and murdered my sister.

For the first time Jonathan Bakewell’s current photo is now public thanks to 7 News Adelaide. I encourage you to share the news story with your friends so the community can be warned and be aware of what Bakewell looks like now.

Bakewell’s fifth parole release further demonstrates why we need law reform for rapist murderers to receive a mandatory life sentence with no parole – because we can’t trust parole boards to keep the community safe.
