Studying in Germany - attractive for many US Students

More than 10,000 U.S. students are presently enrolled in the Germany's higher education programs, according to data from the Institute for International Education. The cost: A "semester fee" that rarely exceeds $250, and in many cases it also covers the cost of books and public transportation!!! Having German language skills before entering the German universities would be a huge advantage since only some programs are offered in English and many others require German language skill preparation/testing.
