Protect Historic Broadmoor Neighborhood from ADU Ordinance -

The Issue

The proposed ADU law would allow the subdivision of existing Broadmoor lots and double the number of homes, cars and people living in the Historic Broadmoor neighborhood. The dramatic increase in home density will have a devastating effect on the community, environment, aesthetics and property values of existing Broadmoor homes.  The proposed ADU law places the interests of speculative developers above the concerns of current property owners and residents.  Any reasonable person would agree that existing homeowners, current residents and taxpayers have a right to protect and preserve the historic, cultural and environmental value of their existing community and property.

If you like the Broadmoor R-1 zoned neighborhood the way it is and want it to stay that way, PLEASE let the publicly elected City Council Members know!
