Hi Hawthorne Neighbors, 

The city has yet to resolve the parking situation in our resident neighborhoods that has been burdening the majority of residents. Is there a reason the city does not care? Instead of solving the lack of resident parking in Hawthorne, the City has passed the METERED PARKING ordinance throughout the city and did not consider our petition against it. The city of Hawthorne has denied our need for parking and continue towing us and ticketing us, and even lying in order to tow our vehicles.  Has this happened to you? Speak up via comment, if so.

The city of Hawthorne could solve this parking situation but the money making tow collaboration business against residents has gotten out of control and we need to do something about this because it has happened to many of us and soon it could eventually happen to you. Now your money will go to their meter machines and violation accusations to give you tickets and tow you, are you willing to accept that?

Please speak up and let our city officials whom WE HAWTHORNE residents elect to serve our better interest rather than extort us with illegitimate ticketing set ups and towings. 

Please call City Hall to demand they open up parking spaces by de-permitting blocks that take up our parking, opening the other side of the street for street sweeping day parking, and leaving out streets meter free. 

The city needs to know they work for us residents and must look out for our interest rather than continue to work against us deceptively and corruptly. You can contact Hawthorne by email as well.
