The City of Pembroke hosted a public meeting last night, primarily on the draft budget. Many speakers addressed Council on the importance of re-opening the pool while a new facility is evaluated. 

We thank all speakers for presenting their views in an organized and professional manner. Heartfelt stories regarding what the pool means to the community appeared to be very well received. WELL DONE everyone who spoke on behalf of the pool!
