Please join Concerned Parents of San Diego and other community members and organizations, TUESDAY, APRIL 9, 4pm-8pm, 4100 Normal Street, San Diego,  demanding that Kevin Beiser resign from the San Diego Unified School District for the following reasons:

First, he is accused of sexually harassing and sexually assaulting at least four men.

Second, he has repeatedly ignored and disrespected more than 10,000 community members who have petitioned SDUSD to remove the sexually extreme and graphic Advocates for Youth 3Rs sex ed. program from the district (Beiser rudely walked out of a recent board meeting while parents were still talking).

Third, he publically misrepresented legal requirements regarding the California Healthy Youth Act (CHYA) and, in violation of the First Amendment, actively attempted to suppress local media coverage of legitimate parental concerns about SDUSD's "too much, too soon," pornographic sex education program (SHEP).
