Change sometimes takes time. I've been engaging with the government since 2007 over the issue of better pedestrian access from Mt Sophia to Orchard Road. This dialogue goes back and forth. No becomes maybe. Maybe becomes we will see. Then back to no again. It is easy to become discouraged and give up.

Yet, from a few we have become many.

Meanwhile, I encourage you to share this petition with your neighbors and get them to support this too. 

If we get sufficient public support, we will have a better chance for convincing the authorities that this development has merit.
