Together, we can truly accomplish everything! I am so blown away by the amount of support this petition has received. Please keep advocating, believing, supporting, and signing this petition. Your efforts go a long way towards affecting the bigger healthcare reform picture, not just in our state, but across the U.S.A.

Keep it up (said no endo to their T1D patient ever)!

And, let me also help us remember that this price cap will also help some of our T2D friends! Not every person with T2D is insulin-dependent, but some still need it in our state too, and they will also benefit from this bill passing in addition to our wide T1D community.

Here are some quick tips to help spread the word this week:

  • Share the reason you think #insulin4all and/or the #WiInsulinPriceCap matters on Twitter using these hashtags - don't forget to include me so I can RT you, @missjflar!
  • Write to your reps via email or postal service (find their information via Wisconsin government websites)
  • Write blogs about why you think this matters with the right CTAs at the bottom, redirecting people to sign this petition
  • Talk about the petition in every day conversation - you never know who is willing to help support and advocate with you!
  • Share your voice - be passionate, courageous, and empowered by possibility! So long as we keep working together, I think we have a real shot at getting this bill to pass. Individuals are capable of a lot, but I believe we are strongest together when we learn to work as a team!

Way to keep working! Great job so far.

Attached is an example of an article I wrote on LinkedIn to help spread the word - please feel free to connect with me via the platform. Just remind me how we know each other (via this petition).

Have a great start to your week. Thanks again for everything you're doing. Keep going!

Together, we'll move forward to affect positive change.
