Update on Science & Nature Co. Status

Dear Supporters,

We hope this message finds you well.  We wanted to share an urgent and disheartening update regarding the status of Science & Nature Co.

We just received a message from Central Walk, our landlord, at 4:31 PM this afternoon (summarized below):

We were under the misguided belief that Central Walk would grant us more time to sell off some of our products and organize our move (while we continued to pay rent).  Unfortunately, this sudden notice leaves us in an extremely difficult position.  Closing our doors immediately means our plans to sell off inventory and prepare for the move are abruptly halted.

Packing and arranging all the logistics without any employees to empty everything in both the showroom and the backroom is next to impossible within 2 or 3 days.  This move requires substantial planning and logistics, costing between $30,000 to $50,000—funds we currently don't have and can't raise in such a short time.  The only option seems to be walking out the door and leaving everything behind.

We have no idea where we are going next.  This is beyond devastating, and I don't even know how to react.  I am seeing my life and everything we have built flashing before my eyes.

Through all of this, your unwavering support has been a beacon of hope.  We are profoundly grateful for each and every one of you who has stood by us.  Your kindness and generosity have been a source of strength in these trying times.
