A newspaper photographer will be taking photos of Shanganagh Park tomorrow morning (Saturday 28 Jan) for an article on the Council’s plans to redevelop the park despite significant opposition, a High Court Order, and overwhelming community support for a more sustainable approach that meets all users needs by instead upgrading and enhancing existing sports facilities at the front of the park (closer to parking and existing transport links) and nearby facilities such as Stonebridge Road.
