- 72% of submissions to the Feb 2022 Public Consultation opposed the Council’s plans while the Chief Executive’s report made no reference to the 1,300+ signatures at www.change.org/SaveShanganaghPark which also opposed the plans and suggested viable and sustainable alternatives to develop sport facilities while preserving the park’s character and amenity
