Thank you for supporting me in signing this petition and for making others aware of their unethical practices by sharing. 

Recently it was brought to my attention 13Cabs are at it again in my area and are attempting to recruit new drivers once again.

This on many levels is a crucial element of proof, as they've axed many out of their own sole trading businesses for no reason, other to exploit people and use people for a limited time - than use hidden regulations to get them away and unfairly ditch them when they realise how dangerous and unethical 13Cabs really are, and when they try to exercise their rights, 13Cabs places them in severe crisis by axing them, and knowing they have covered theirself by using people as contractors and not employees, it is hard for these workers to attempt to use the law in fighting back. 

This is exactly how I was pulled in, including many others to be exploited, placed at great risk and it has to end now before someone is harmed all together and really harm's themself or takes extreme action towards an innocent staff member on 13Cabs frontline. 

Unfortunately, this isn't just happening to drivers on the road, but right through the entire business scope of their operations from call centre staff, to team leaders, and managers who are threatened day in and day out, and usually it has become known that managers and team leaders and some staff are willing participants in unethical treatments towards other staff.

Management have been known to bully and it has been advised over time, and time again; of mistreatment of staff.  It's a very toxic culture by default as I've advised, and groups are formed in these call centres and drivers spaces to bully others and to enable this behaviour through 13Cabs operations. 

These groups formed are going to the lengths of reporting back to management of who may be a risk to them and their incompetent and dangerous procedures, for these innocent staff to be isolated and fired before they can report it. 

Staff in some spaces aren't even allowed to communicate at work amongst each other, which is a very frightening indication their is illegal activities occuring here and gross misconduct, it's of very great concern - including audits that have been conducted by authorities; with nothing to report in these realms from them to improve and make these places of work safe throughout. 

Even myself reporting to WORKSAFE NSW of some of the practices occuring to drivers, and I'm not hearing back of any investigation or improvements being made by WorkSafe. 

I'm quite personally amazed in worry that 13Cabs and their operations are still able to continue like this and nobody has raised concerns in any realm, or if they have; it's being settled silently and out of court with the full knowledge of government, including the agencies throughout who are there to protect people, especially sole traders who are not considered employees and their is no law to protect them as we are finding out hence why 13Cabs don't use 'employees' as drivers. 

If you see further advertisements from 13cabs in any scope, such as seeking a driver, a call centre operator, a team leader or even a media adviser, be aware they are seeking these positions again and again AS they have unfairly mistreated the previous people and I will bet my entire life on that.

Please Stay away from this company!!!
