I updated my petition letter because I didn't make it very clear that dog fighting itself is illegal in Kentucky, but it is only punishable if caught in the actual act of fighting. This amendment will also make it a crime to own, train, sell, and breed dogs for the purpose of fighting them. That is the part that all other states have added, except for Kentucky.
